The representative who provided your communications equipment has ongoing sales, service and support responsibilities to you their customer. Questions concerning system features, growth and service can be answered directly by the person who knows you and your system the best – the system consultant who designed and implemented it for you.

 

In addition, we believe that service after the sale is the best reason to become an Intelesys customer. Our customer service department contacts each customer on a quarterly basis to verify the status of your system, inform you of system updates and to help you find other ways to improve your company’s voice & data communications. 

Intelesys customers, under a continuing service plan, will be asked to send in their most recent telephone bill. Each bill will be analyzed to determine the accuracy of all charges. Trunk usage and calling patterns will also be evaluated to ensure continued savings and optimum utilization of existing telephone line circuits.
